    9. RETRACTION AND RETURN

    • Once the package has been received and it has been verified that the returned products are in perfect condition, the reimbursement procedure shall be made for the amounts corresponding to the returned products. This process can take about 3 days.
    • We will return all payments that we have received from the customer, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional expenses resulting from the choice on their part of a delivery modality other than the less expensive delivery modality.
